Listen to this year's Michigan Reads book, The Runaway Garden, and participate in related activities.
Chapter Chats: Guardians of Ga'hoole
3rd - 5th grade
Tuesday, September 21
4:45 P.M.
Discuss the series Guardians of Ga'hoole and open owl pellets.
Halloween Jack-o-lanterns
3rd - 5th grade
Thursday, October 14
4:45 P.M.
Create and decorate paper maché jack-o-lanterns.
Halloween Program
preschool - 2nd grade
Tuesday, October 26
4:45 P.M. and 7:00 P.M.
Come in your costume, listen to Halloween stories, and create a Halloween craft. Recommeded for preschoolers through 2nd graders, but all children are welcome to attend.
Game Days

Drop in anytime between 4:30 – 6:30 P.M. to play Wii games, board games, and cup stacking.
Birds of Prey

for all ages
See hawks, owls, and falcons and learn about their adaptations, habitat requirements, conservation status, and hunting and food preferences. This program will be held in the Community House (the white building across the street from the police station).

begins September 9 and 10 with new times!
Toddler Storytime
(ages 2-3)
Fridays at 10:15 A.M.
Preschool Storytime
(ages 3-5)
Thursdays at 10:45 A.M.
Fridays at 11:15 A.M.
Storytime includes stories, music, crafts, and related activities. Storytime is about 30 minutes for toddlers and 40 minutes for preschoolers. Please call or stop by the library to register.
We'll read through the alphabet this fall.
