Staff Present: Library Director Susan Wess, Jennifer Perryman, Joyce Armitage and Nihal Riad.

III. Budget – MOTION to approve fiscal year 2010 budget by Biederman/Middleton, approved unanimously.
IV. Adjournment: MOTION to adjourn at 7:09 p.m. by Westbrooks/Biederman, approved unanimously.
