Trustees present : Millard Phillips, Larry Biederman, Valorie Gleason, Randy Westbrooks and Nancy Shaw.
Staff Present : Library Director Susan Wess and Jennifer Perryman.
Public Present : Jamie Barnett, Sura Jeon, Bekah Pierce, Aaron Graf and Rodger Miller – Milan Community Education, Rod Hill.

Correspondence Lance Warner, Library of Michigan, responded to our list of questions about the district library project.

Building Study/District Library Tabled until next meeting Phillips/Biederman

Director’s Report
Ludington Library fund raising campaign
Cleaning Service – no bids
State Aid will drop from .37 per capita to .25 per capita
Express and genealogy internet have been well received

A. Logo It was decided to not pursue the crooked tree logo, instead use circle with book. Shaw/Westbrooks.
