Part Time Reference– 15 Hours Per Week
Milan Public Library is seeking a part-time Reference Librarian.
Under the general direction of the Library Director, performs a wide variety of professional librarian duties associated with the reference desk and general library operations. Manages collection development, adult programming, and readers’ advisory and provides assistance and instruction to patrons on the availability, use, and technology of the library and its resources.
Qualifications are a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science. Experience in a library setting preferred, but not required. Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and Saturdays.
Hourly rate: $16.00
